We at Triumph Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy and GFTeam always want a welcoming and safe training environment. With COVID-19 cases here in Columbus and specifically Grove City (emails sent to Parents at GCHS and Jackson Middle), we see the safest measure is to close all formal classes through the end of March effective immediately.
As of this point we will look to re-open April 1st, but may have to re-evaluate based on recommendations from the Health Department, the Governor and the severity of COVID-19. Stay tuned to our Social Media pages for updates.
To be clear, we have had no reported COVID-19 infections, but for the health and safety of gym members, families, and their elderly family members, we see social distancing as the best practice as to do our part to not overwhelm the medical system.
In the meantime, we will have instructors making some instructional videos and posting them to our gym YouTube page and Facebook.
