Below are our classes offered for adults and kids at Triumph BJJ. To book a class, please select one of the classes below:
Adult BJJ Gi (All Belts and Beginners/White Belt Fundamentals)
BJJ Gi and No Gi classes for all adults regardless of skill level.
Beginners White Belt Class focusing on Fundamentals and all positions of BJJ. Working the basics to help build a strong foundation.
No Gi Classes are Wednesdays and Gi Classes are through the rest of the week.
Womens Self-Defense
NOTE: THIS CLASS IS FREE AND OPEN TO EVERYONE
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for Women Ages 13+
Kids BJJ 5-8 and 9-13yr olds
Kids BJJ 5-8 and 9-13yr Old’s.
No Gi Classes are Wednesdays and Gi Classes are through the rest of the week.
